Those DLLs are for VC++ 7.0. My guess is VC6 isn't capable of using them to debug for that reason. I'd really recommend upgrading to 7.0 or 7.1, VC6 truely is one of the worst versions, and nowhere near as standards compliant as 7.0(2002) or 7.1(2003).
