Also one thing that I'd like to inform you about, ever since the update I get severe sound distortion when running any Source game in windowed mode. This ONLY occurs when I have windowed mode enabled, sometimes it is just for a split second, and at others the sound completely messes up requiring a game restart. I'm running the latest drivers for my sound card, which is a Sound Blaster Audigy.
