I'm using send proxies in several of my mod's entities.  Mainly, I have
an entity that transmits the 2D location of all players for our minimap,
and I use a send proxy to only send player information to people on the
same team.  However, if that person changes teams, the send proxy
doesn't get updated and continues to send information to that player.
Does anyone know how to force the send proxy to update its recipients
when I detect people change teams?
