It would be to much overheard for them, first they would have to create a special mod makers version of steam, then they would have to create individual accounts for each one of us, then they would have to give everyone space to host their mod... Eventually the project might take a month if valve does decide to work on, to bad thats 2,591,999 seconds to long for valve to work on changing what they have.
