Hmm possibly/probably (?) - I confess I hadn't seen that. This is a HL2MP based mod so I assume the "If your mod is based on a game other than Half-Life 2..." part applies if you take it literally.
I'm currently forcing a re-DL of the SourceSDK steam cache but when that's done I'll try what's suggested there.
