All of the development that I have done to date has been with external, non-sdk management and administration tools. (http://gearbox.oathill.com/cbb) The recent situation regarding cl_restrict_server_commands, coupled with some other things that I want to be able to do now lead me to server plugins and I would like to find an example which might show me how to enumerate and (possibly set) client and server cvars. Might someone help me out with this?
