Is there any simple way to fire a traceline that will hit everything except for players?
I tried making my own MASK with: CONTENTS_SOLID|CONTENTS_MOVEABLE|CONTENTS_WINDOW|CONTENTS_DEBRIS|CONTENTS_HITBOX which ignores players, but this also ignores certain things like physics props as well, which need to be taken into account. I'm trying to make it so that the trip mine will create its beam through players, rather than stopping at the first one hit, in order to make them passable by members of the same team. Is there an easy way to use a traceline to ignore players, or am I going to have to keep firing tracelines until I hit something that's not a player? Any ideas?
