Muzzle flashes are working fine.  We have a model (not too different from
the crossbow bolt).  We also have an effect on this model.  When it is shot,
there is a 10.0 unit difference in the Z vectors.  I can compensate by
hardcoding in the difference on the creation of the model, offsetting the
viewmodel by 10, and then moving the FP camera down by 10.  Then everything
matches.  For some reason, thirdperson and firstperson views are 10 units
off.

BTW, is there any way to get the muzzle position of the gun the person is
carrying?  Everything I do returns the attachment of the viewmodel instead
of the actually gun model.
