I was noticing that in some HL2 Mods, there weapons have sort of a 'reflection' 
to them. But not the standard 'cube map reflection' in HL2.

Here's two of the same screenshots, one taken in GMod, and the other in 
standard HL2.

Notice the hands, in GMod, there always 'dark'. The lighting level doesn't seem 
to change effect on it.

Is this effect accomplished via Shader?
