As of September of 2006 the SDK Shaders are now located at src\materialsystem\stdshaders. Here is a link to a wiki article that explains how to build them from the new location:

Hey list, just a quick question. I wanted to update our SDK's shaders. It's been more than two years since I touched them I think and I've got a little problem. Before I had a project in the subdir sdkshaders. Since I merged each sdk update by hand, I still have that project, except it doesn't compile anymore ( still includes mathlib.cpp, and if I fix that there's some other bugs). So I wanted to check out the latest version. I made a new mod from scratch, and to my surprise the (still existing) sdkshaders directory is empty. Is there a new process to create your shaders? Or where did the sdkshaders project move / why is it gone? Thanks in advance, Maarten _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlcoders _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlcoders
