Thanks for the feedback. I wanted to keep them the same, because it's the
same code that runs client and server, and they can be both run at the same
time, for listenservers or singleplayer games, and it's important to see how
they are run when they are run like that.

As for the colors I tried blue instead of purple but it looked like an
unclicked link. I don't think that purple looks so much like a clicked link,
but I'd rather have different colors denoting everything to make it more
clear. If you think another color would suit better than purple, it's a wiki
so be my guest :) I do think it's best though to differentiate game code
from engine code, and denote calls into the game code from the engine, as
that's the main info that people want to get out of this kind of thing, in
my opinion.
