Just look at the code that shows something above the player's head for
voice communication. We copied that for speech bubbles when typing for
instance.

I'm going to make characters that have little thought bubbles like
how characters do in The Sims. I know that I'm probably going to
use billboards (so the thought image always faces the camera) but
I have no idea where to start.
Could anyone give me any advice as to how I might have an image
that appears in game (the thought) and then disappears a few
seconds later? Perhaps I create a wall, set the image as the
wallpaper, billboard it and stick on a timer? What classes do you
think could help me?
