The current server has a abit VP6 with dual P3-700. After checking the
prices, it may be time to ditch the 700's. Found the sr101 1U and
motherboard at a reseller for about a grand.

Seems simpler to start over with a single cpu system now. Planning on
running 2 games with 20 players each. Is it possible to buy a generic 1U
case,P/S, mb, cpu and matching cooling fan for less than $500, and use the
ram and drive from the old server. Would a amd duron 1.0 (morgan) have
enough power?

Thanks,

Tom P.

PS: I have a spair asus CUSL2 w/onboard vga, and a spair ECS K7S5A w/onboard
LAN.
