If you go with one of those 2, use the blower model, the HW129.  HOWEVER,
those CFM ratings are kinda low, and I'm skeptical.  I'd keep looking until
you find models like those used by GigaByte.  That design appears to flow
quite a bit more air.

No matter what CPU cooler you end up using, make sure you have plenty of
overall bulk airflow thru the chassis.
