SB Live Plat, and Voice com...

[Sysop]

Client == Win98SE
Soundcard == SB Live Plat (no live drive, not 5.1 version)
Headphones though speaker jack on sound card, mic though mic jack on
soundcard.
Quality == shit!

Has anybody gotten voice com working well with a sblive?  If this has been
covered in the list before, please point me to TFA so I can R it.
