Thanks for the input. I'm sure I'm on 100mbit, I've taken some speedtests
between 2 machines I have at different locations and I've transmitted at
~60mbps. I'm not running fast http download on this machine either. I don't
have IIS installed, however I will look at the speedguide.net tweaks to see
if I can find any that will help.
I don't know if this is significant, but I checked out to see how large the
page file was, and I saw it was set at 2x the amount of RAM I have (4 gig
page file). Maybe windows is using my Page File when it should be using RAM,
thus causing a slowdown?
