" Moreover, it is my opinion that the thing that splinters the community the

And now with the new sorting method, which servers do you think will be
coming up first for about 90% of the players out there? You guessed it!
Those "single servers that keep popping in out and out existence and/or
changing their Name/IP because the server is run off somebody's home
connection."

Those of us that have actually put time into establishing our servers in the
community, pay the colo and bandwidth fees every month and work hard to
provide a good gaming experience for the players are the ones getting the
shaft here.

Obviously I'm in the minority in actually caring about this but some others
are just bitter because they couldn't get a good IP address to begin with
(Hi List Keeper) so I'm sure this suits them fine. I take pride in my server
and the community I run and I've invested a lot of time and money in making
it what it is and with a simple wave of their hand (Or an unannounced new
"feature") Valve slices my traffic in half.

Moreover, it is my opinion that the thing that splinters the community the
most, is the single servers that keep popping in and out of existence and/or
changing their Name/IP because the server is run off somebodys home
connection.
