What is the filesize of your banned.cfg?

So, any word on what exactly causes:
17:05:57 exec banned.cfg
17:05:57 Cbuf_AddText: buffer overflow
when all the bans are stored in banned.cfg exceed ~600?

I haven't texted the numbers exactly, but it still sucks that it
prevents porting bans over from HL1 :/
