Hey i was the first to open the question. What about with my router D-link 
DI-614+? I also got the same ports issues where it always put 60.000 something 
instead of 27016

Just use advanced -> virtual server to set up maps for them
then activated them.
e.g.:
Name: CS Source Server 1
Private IP: <your internal IP>
Protocol Type: Both
Private Port: 27015
Protocol Type: Both
Public Port: 27015
Schedule: Always

Name: CS Source Server 2
Private IP: <your internal IP>
Protocol Type: Both
Private Port: 27016
Protocol Type: Both
Public Port: 27016
Schedule: Always
