Right, We've changed all servers to win2k3 and everything seems to work quite allright now. No more that weird vnc/lag thingy.
Only one more thing. We run 2 32max servers per box. CPU load _never_ go's over 75%, but still its lag spyking on heavy maps such as aztec and inferno. The inet line is 100mbit, so there aint the problem either.
Any suggestions ?
