how about a seperate setting to disallow name changes in game between map changes period. this way our observers can get the demos and status screenshots we require for verifiable ban evidence.
Another nice feature would be to detect automatic name changing and automatically rename the player to something unattractive. well maybe not... that one sounds more like a mani admin mod feature doen't it. lol
the best solution overall is to have VAC for Source so the "skillz downloaders" can be banned period.
