dLink gb switch, gb nic on Asus mother board, Netgear gb nic, Linksys gb nic, cat5 cable. I can push about 300mb through the system, which is 5 times more then when it was all 100mb. I had hoped for more, but I think I'm pushing the limits of the software and/or individual hardware. IE for example my old pIII/800 boots from an old Maxtor 2GB drive and I don't think it can push more then a couple hundred gb regardless of the network capacity. I'm still playing with it, as it's all new gear.
