Hi, I have several new computers with w2k3 server. I have implemented 3 with sp1 on new installs. They are unable to run hlds (hl1) the server starts, but then shuts down with an exception in the event log. These machines are identical. The ones with no sp1 can run it fine, once I uninstalled sp1 from one of the machines it is able to run hlds again. Reinstall it and it wont run. It appears hlds has an issue with sp1 on w2k3. By the way srcds runs fine as do other dedicated servers. It apparently is just hlds. Anyone get hlds (hl1) working on w2k3 sp1?
