I'll reply and tell you the same thing everyone else is telling you. You can't buy a VDS account with a host and run HLDS/SCRDS. You either own/rent/lease the box and run it as the root/main OS or you are a cheapskate idiot trying to solve a problem that you are bringing on yourself. You just told everyone without a solution for you to not reply so I thought I'd break that rule and tell you that it's impossible before your request fades off into the shadows of the list. Either run it from the main install or go away. It's an admin list...not an "I'm a cheap bastard but I want my way anyway" list. Good luck in your slimly financed endeavor just the same. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Michael Webber Sent: Friday, June 24, 2005 6:16 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [hlds] Windows 2003 HLDS install problem.
