I know they are pretty quick, you can test it yourself by making a bind and running additional waits till it is noticable, it takes quit a few. I am sorry that isn't exactly what you are looking for, the best I can say it you will need around 10-20 before it begins to show. It's been a few months since I have done any scripting so I don't remember exactly.
