I AGREE, WITH FPSBOOSTER I PULL DOWN AS MANY AS 80 FPS MORE,AND I SEE THE
DIFFERENCE IN GAME AND IT REDUCES STRESS ON MY CPU

which means in reality your boxes have only ever ran at 64 fps.  There seems
to be a correllation between higher fps and Hit Registration m8.   It
certainly won't take away from your clients resources (unless you're using a
P3 or worse, maybe).

I think your box would run smoother if you boosted the fps.
