As the list developed I had hoped for an answer so that we may move our
clients back to the machine in question. We have searched Google,
SteamPowered.Com, #HLDS, and other places we were lead to by Google links.
It seems odd that such a question, as it becomes more common in the days of
more powerful machines remains unanswered by anyone. The last thing we're
going to do is remove $270 worth of RAM to return the system back to it's
pre-upgraded state of 2GBs so that it can run a 6 year old engine. We'd much
rather to find a solution or a work-around to the HLDS limit of running on a
server such as the one in question.
Any who may know this answer or know someone who does please direct them
here or have them contact us directly as support-AT-raynserv.com. Thank you
once again for your time.
