Probably because either they're aware of the bugs and have yet to fix them (or maybe cant without a larger update in the works, or because they can not successfully and repeatedly reproduce them. Though I do recall a few comments month back relating to this topic I think from Alfred, so i doubt they are completely oblivious to the issue. Probably think it's better to say nothing then to comment on it, of course that's where in most cases they have a history of usually being wrong.
