My servers are still similar, but I do notice a LOT more memory usage with
cs_militia on CS:S and with dod_halt on DoD:S ... Both of those are doing
the 10-25% more thing.  And the memory stays up around there until the
server is restarted.  I am guessing that it's a leak related to something in
the map loading code.  As to the ping thing,  I have seen and experienced
this same problem, but only with 100 tickrate, but with all the other 100
tick problem, I have move all of my servers to 66tick and a bunch of weird
edgy problems have gone away.
