Stuart, yes, it was on our 100 tick clan server.  But since that's
accepted as the best tick rate for matches, I probably won't move it
down to 66 unless this happens on a regular basis.  Good to know that
it may help with the issues, though.

Jason and David, thanks for your responses.  Of course I didn't really
get a chance to see if he hacked or not, but the rest of his team were
definitely not hacking.
