Valve sees this and disables his account. Bad practice. Very bad practice. Leads to lawsuits. I would like to think that they are smart enough not to disable an account without exercising due diligence to ensure they are legitimately disableing the account. BTW, One day someone is going to launch a class action lawsuit against Valve for disabled accounts (back in the early days of VAC when false bans were common, I'm surprised this did not happen). When it does, Valve will throw a lot of money at their attack lawyers and win the case, but I digress. He got his account disabled because he or his kids loaded up a cheat, he tried to sell it in such a manner that Valve was able to positively identify that it was his account he was selling, or he otherwise did something stupid enough to get his account disabled.
