i dont have any problems with ping... i just want to do it even more
better... and was interesting how is it possible to get more then 1000fps...
because in standart way its not even possible to have 1000fps on dual
cpus... only 512 and thats not enought good, its addind +4 to ping, while
with 1000fps i will have like +1 to ping and way better bullet registration.

If your pings are high then your connection isnt that great. Either
that or your CPU's are getting maxed out.

Get a better connection/location. That's all you can do.

And what I am trying to say I don't believe it's possible what your
asking. Pings are not really effected by tickrates all that much, it's
about server response.

I believe 600-700 is the most your going to get out SCRDS and with
that,
game is extremely responsive, can't get much better then that.

it wasnt about fps. it was about FPS bug....

Why would you want 1000fps on HLDS?

Our server had a clean install of 64bit FC5 last week and that
ran at
just
over 900fps and most people were whinging about choke. We
lowered the
ticrate to give a server fps around 125 and choke lowered and most
seem
satisfied with it.

You have to balance out the fact that many players have stupid rates
because
they think bigger is better and the fact that you can go too fast.

DoubleDoom

Ps. Can we have a bit more cropping on responses please (by some
people)
