I'm not sure that it is technically possible to have more than 512 FPS in Windows server. I'm talking about real steady server FPS, not occasional spikes. The reason for this opinion is the fact that Windows system timer resolution even in high resolution mode is a bit less than 2ms, something like 1.95ms.
