yep, same problem. you can only have map names once per cycle,
otherwise it just loops back and forth. eg:

de_dust
de_nuke
de_dust2
cs_office
de_port
de_nuke
cs_italy

after the 2nd nuke, it would return to either dust or dust2 (can't
remember), but would skip italy...and anything after it.

When I have tried doubling up a map within a rotation it seems to just get
stuck at de_dust2 for example and repeats de_dust2 endlessly.

Anybody care to share their experiences?
