The following is just one of many name changer plugins I run http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=147257 my servers are on lock down through the use of well coded plugins. the only thing you can get away with in my servers is playing the game and having a ton of fun. period. the only reason to have asshats in your servers at all, is your either your a lazy admin or the admin doesn't care about his regular clients.
