This brings some interesting questions:
* How are they going the ensure the adds are region specific
This is required to ensure that the language is correct and
local laws adhered to.
* How are they going to deal with the case that the ad's
may go against sponsorship deals for the servers or
tournaments etc.

Its not going to go down well if a Intel sponsored tourney
started displaying adds for AMD processors in the middle
of the match.

By the same reasoning if provider X started advertising
and this where to show up on provider Y's servers they
would be understandably pissed.

These are just two logistical issues which spring to mind.
