hey bro i recently just got a dedicated box form the planet and css did the 
same thing and me and the techs did some ping and traceing the hang up and it 
is on steam and valves servers. so theres nothing you can't really do about but 
tell them and hopefully they willl fix it. then finally we zipped the engine 
off of another server, that is up and running and thats how i got my css severs 
up. you might want to do that. find another engine and zip up the file and 
unzip them to the right folders on your server.
