Use the tool called "TCPView" and find out what server you're connecting
to
on both boxes, and report the IP here (check the external IP connected to
port 27030) to Alfred, and he can do something about it (note, try
deleting
both *.blob's and the *.msi file as well before using this)

Report the server here and then Alfred should reboot it if it's having
problems :)
