Most types of computers do have an RDP system, though. Just search google. I
know for a fact that Linux has an RDP client (at least in Kubuntu).

I'm sure there's also a Mac equivalent out there. Either way, RDP will most
likely use much less resources, I know it doesn't even use much when I'm on
any of my servers with RDP. (Under 1% CPU usage usually)
