Yep, that fixed it for +plugin_load in the command line startup, for CS
SRCDS you have to put: +plugin_load cstrike\addons\<pluginname>

And yes, Mani was one of the main offenders of plugins that say they are
unloaded, but in reality, they don't. Whether the fault is Mani or SRCDS, I
don't really care, cause I'd rather not be loading the stupid plugins in the
1st place.
