I also noticed something odd.

cl_updaterate 100
cl_interp_ratio 1

and cl_interp doesn't go to 0.01 like it should...is that just a bug with
cl_interp, or the interpolation is affected too? It seems that cl_updaterate
100 doesn't work with cl_interp_ratio. But if you lower cl_updaterate to
like 80 or less, cl_interp is changing.
