I'm unable to execute anything on the client like that, unless they were to download a plug-in and run it on their client, which they could do, but I doubt I could do anything with it when they finally get on the server.

I would imagine voogru's system checks for hooks into the client.dll as most cheats do that. Of course, I could be wrong, only voogru would know how voogru's system works.
