It's the equip command, it's being called multiple times when you change class. I've looked into anti flood plugins but they don't protect against one of the other ways of doing this... In the meantime I disabled all Unlockables on our servers and no crashes yet. It's not the best solution though...far from it but just in case till someone comes up with something better (it will also stop the memory leaks relating to this problem):
