@jdocs earlier comments and not to Saint K's message
it would be considered span if there wasn't a point to this topic. 
however since there is a point to this topic and others seem to be 
experiencing the same problems with bug not getting fixed when they bug 
report them (after months of doing it), then there is a issue with the 
way the current system work.

To answer your comment earlier , i have emailed valve on several 
occasions only to have the emails also ignored.

please if you don't like this topic then please filter it and stop 
flaming it. Your are the only one that is making this topic into a 
problem that its not. if you need help setting up filter i will be happy 
to google you some instructions.
