The point will be to insta-ban any player that has been VAC'd in
*any*engine. Obviously, they won't be joining a TF2 server if they
are banned
from Source multi-player games. But the idea is that cheaters, past and
present, won't be welcome on the servers that choose to use it. On the idea
of...once a cheat, always a cheat.
