rcon_password "xxxx" mp_logdetail 0 setmaster add 68.142.72.250:27011 setmaster add 72.165.61.189:27011 sv_voiceenable 1 sv_alltalk 0 sv_search_key xxxx (I have numbers) This is my command line: srcds.exe -autoupdate -console -game left4dead +ip xxx.xxx.xx.xxx +map l4d_dem_hospital01_apartment You can't join my server through the web browser but they are displayed. A player must enter the same sv_search_key xxxx in the console then go back to the main screen and create a lobby. The player will then be assigned to your server. That's how it works for me and I just checked 5 minutes ago and it is still working.
