I just got it again. Map change Hydro to badwater. It took 40 seconds or so before it started changing map and thus everyone timed out.

Happened to us changing from Goldrush to Dustbowl, also recently occurred changing from Granary to Goldrush. Watching the servers over HLSW, during ANY map change we see a slight timeout,?usually 2 - 3 seconds,?even changing the map while the server is empty.
