Steps tried to resolve problem: Completely wiped the d:tf2 and did a fresh install. The update process stops working with an error message at around 70%. Each time I try this it stops working, and then when I try to run hldsupdatetool again it always gives me the same error message about not bing able to create the "logo" directory.
