Try creating a logo folder there and see if it gives you write access problems then rerunning the command. Also you might wanna check NTFS permissions and running a ChkDsk on the hard drive. Lastly if you happen to copy and paste the output, you have a forward slash where a backslash should be. Doubt it has anything to do with it though. You can also try installing to another folder. I doubt any of these matters (cept maybe NTFS and ChkDsk) but try anyways. You might also want to check your system logs at the time the error happen.
