Try creating a logo folder there and see if it gives you write access
problems then rerunning the command. Also you might wanna check NTFS
permissions and running a ChkDsk on the hard drive.
Lastly if you happen to copy and paste the output, you have a forward slash
where a backslash should be. Doubt it has anything to do with it though. You
can also try installing to another folder.
I doubt any of these matters (cept maybe NTFS and ChkDsk) but try anyways.
You might also want to check your system logs at the time the error happen.

Looks like quota issue. Try running it under administrator. Also try
disabling antivirus if you have one.
