I think you are taking a lot of extra, unnecessary steps. Do you want a private server, that plays Versus only maps? You can do this by disabling Lobby connect, and having the map startup with a Versus map.
Do you want a public server, but it only plays Versus maps? Too bad, the best you are going to get is dumping people. My question was - why? What is the point of having a "public, Versus 'only' server"? As for being able to join your own server, tough luck there. Keep kicking people because we don't have Reserved Slots for SourceMod until the SDK is updated. If you don't want Lobby players on your server, like I've already said, just disable Lobby connects.
